stayed here again in phong nha, and once again tuan garden house exceeded expectations! the staff is amazing, they picked us up at 3am and arranged a fantastic tour. breakfast, comfy beds, and a pool made our stay perfect. highly recommend tuan garden house for a peaceful escape from the city chaos.
Mattress was too hard.

The service was exceptional. Hung was incredibly helpful, organizing our tours and transportation. The breakfast and family dinners were delicious. Hung drove us to the hospital when I fell ill in the middle of the night. The hostel had a pool table and free bike rentals.

Jaw-dropping property with stunning garden and refreshing pool. Basic yet adequate dorm rooms. The highlight was the exceptional staff who provided free pick-up at 3am, organized an unforgettable tour, and assisted with onward transport. Fantastic family meals and delicious food at the restaurant. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff treated me like family. The hotel itself was spotless, and my room was cleaned to perfection. The pool area was a great place to relax, and there were plenty of chairs and tables on the balconies to chill out. The location was beautiful, with surrounding scenery that was just breathtaking. The hotel was also conveniently located within a 10-15 minute walk to restaurants and bars.

I recently stayed at Tuan Garden House in Phong Nha for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The property itself is beautiful, with a lovely garden and refreshing pool. The dorm rooms were basic but had everything I needed. Hung, the host, went above and beyond to make sure his guests were taken care of, even providing transportation and organizing tours. The family dinner was delicious and a great way to socialize. The hostel is spacious and clean, and I loved the free bike rentals. The location is about a 10-minute walk from town, surrounded by stunning scenery.
Totally recommend this hotel.
